95% obsolete
This is a 1975 edition, so only has value if you are completely new to the field. Probably good in its day.

As an overview of the state of the security milieu, I thought this book was quite up to snuff. I could certainly see it's use as a textbook for an undergraduate level course on 'The Basics of Security.'
