I wholeheartedly recommend the book to managers who are looking for an overview of the breadth of quality control.

The author has pulled together under one cover a breadth of concepts, examples, case studies, and problems that present well the subject of total quality management. The material is an excellent presentation and summary of more than 20 improvement tools. The book would work well both in an industrial quality program and in a college classroom.
