This is a great primer for stocks and options in the tech business. It also can serve as a good review if it's been a while since your business classes.

Information in this title was absolutely useful and helped me understand more about what else apart from building a product one has to be wary of as you build a business.

I have read a lot of materials on valuation, term sheets and investment structures. This is a digestible piece for first time and seasoned entrepreneurs.

If stock is going to be be a component of your pay, you need to read this. I appreciated the no-nonsense explanations for the sometimes incomprehensible world of employee stock options, tax implications, and guidelines regarding what you should negotiate for when joining a new company. I recommend this book to any new startup employee. (and anyone who is already an employee, but doesn't understand how options work.)

A must read for ANYONE who is about to participate in an option program or is thinking about creating one for their company. It is extremely challenging to find accurate and helpful information on this subject but David Weekly has nailed it all in this quick read. Thank you for putting this to together for us "normal folk". Cheers!

Comprehensive introduction into the legal and financial background of a startup company that all CEOs have to know before they get funding. It is quite overpriced though.
