Great Study Guide, August 30, 2006
This review is from: Introduction to the Study of African Classical Civilizations (Hardcover)
The beauty of studying selected portions of history is that you get to learn about every other portion of history by happen-stance. Subsequently all of the unknown puzzle pieces fit together nicely and then there is no more wondering about, much of the information learned, but you'll want to know how in the world did you come to know so many things backwards. The book is an study guide for the inquisitive wanting to learn about advanced civilizations and how they are very much connected. The best parts are the multitude of bibliography to choose from for your own research. Then you get introduced to new-old authors such as Harold S Gladwin, Earnest A Hooton, V. T. Rajshekar. It is great study text and should be in all secondary schools, like yesterday .
