I loved the book because it's easy to read, covers lots of IE tools like process flow chart, string diagram, flow diagram, ...etc and my favorite part was "the human factor in the application of work study" where it shows how to work with the managment, supervisors and the workers -- also the examples used were very useful.

This book was required for an Industrial Engineering class. The book is written well and has a lot of good techniques for time study and increasing productivity. Can be a little dry and times but a good book to have for an introductory class.
