About the Author

Dana Neacsu is Head of Public Services at the Arthur W. Diamond Law Library of Columbia Law School and a New York attorney. She has taught numerous legal research classes at Columbia Law School and Barnard College. Ms. Neacsu holds an M.L.S from CUNY, an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, a D.E.A. from Caen –Faculté de Droit et des Etudes Politiques, and a J.D./Diploma de Drept from Bucharest University School of Law.
