A good book if you are comfortable with the basics,
This review is from: Introduction to queueing theory (Hardcover)
Maybe harder to read than Kleinrock's "Queueing systems" and "Fundamentals of queueing theory" by Gross & Harris, but this is an excellent text to have. If you just need a quick refresher of the fundamentals this might be the book for you. On the other hand if you want to learn queueing theory for the first time, you are probably going to save a lot of frustration using Kleinrock or Gross & Harris.
