The Only Study Guide You Need
To pass the Macroeconomics CLEP, I read this book through once, worked all of the practice tests at the end of each chapter and went through the sample tests at the end of the book until I had a good working knowledge of the subject. I took the CLEP this week and passed with 15 points to spare. I spent less than 2 weeks with this study guide before taking the CLEP...

Think about the Gold standard. It was before many of your time. Well, this book, even though copyrighted in 2004, contains material dating back to the abolished Gold standard, i.e. Nixon era. This book needs some serious updating. That is all.

This book only provides questions and answers. No explanations of the answers. If you already know what economic data is used for gross domestic product and the GNP of Timbuktu, this book is for you. No explanation=no help.... Using this book, I passed the CLEP with a 96%.

To pass the Macroeconomics CLEP, I read this book through once, worked all of the practice tests at the end of each chapter and went through the sample tests at the end of the book until I had a good working knowledge of the subject. I took the CLEP this week and passed with 15 points to spare. I spent less than 2 weeks with this study guide before taking the CLEP. You'll need to know not only what the theory is but also be able to distinguish which theory is being described in a real-life situation. Good luck! |
