Very Necessary
This text was one of two required for my nursing program & what a great textbook! I didn't like it at first, but as I began to get used to using it, I found it to be even better than the Rosdahl. Not only that but I found it cheaper on amazon than anywhere else & I received free shipping! You'll need the companion workbook as well which was a God send for my 70+ exam...

I demanded the ninth edition as was advetised, but the eighth edition was shipped to me. I wasn't happy with my purchase. The customer service was great in trying to resolve the problem.
