QuickBooks Invoice Manager 2010

I wanted more information about this software but I was unable to find it on Intuit's site. I contacted Intuit and they said Intuit has discontinued selling and support for the standalone version of Invoice Manger. They said this was included in QuickBooks. QuickBooks is way more than I need.

QuickBooks always wants you to upgrade to the full version for a lot of money, and every few years the invoice manager loses the ability to email invoices, so you have to buy the new version. We found it on Amazon after Quickbooks Help told us it was not available, installed it, converted our "customer list" (actually, property owners) and we are good for another three years. Could it be better? Sure! You can't automatically adjust for late fees, or special assessments. We use quicken for our banking, and this does not merge data with it. But for the price, it is an awesome way to manage our HOA books.

I bought this for my nephew for Christmas. He had been hand-writing invoices for his small pool maintenance company. Now he gets his invoices done in a fraction of the time. He's happy with the software.

We have been using this software for several years. When we purchased a new computer that runs Windows 7 we had to upgrade this software but it is so reasonably priced it was worth it. It is easy to use and does the job for our small business.

This is an easy to use program. Effective and simple to follow instructions....even for someone who has never used it before.
