About the Author

Arlene Tognetti is the co-author of all five books in the Intuitive Arts series and has been studying Tarot and astrology since the 1970s and started her own practice in 1980. She began teaching the Tarot at the University of Washington in the Experimental College in 1982 and currently teaches the Tarot at Pierce College in Tacoma, Washington.

This book does an excellent job of explaining the relationship between intuition and your health. Being knowledgeable about your well-being in body, mind and spirit and being in tune with your health are the keys to vitality. This book shows that self-knowledge is the ultimate asset when using the law of attraction to attract good health. Plus, the astrology and tarot are easy and fun to use. What a wonderful way to use the archetypes and symbols of the intuitive arts for self-knowledge and well-being!
