I purchased the book a few years ago and recently purchased the CD set.
I purchased these CD's after reading the book "Intuitive Eating", which I thought was wonderful and highly recommend for anyone struggling with eating issues.
Besides covering the principles of intuitive eating, it includes a series of practical exercises that allow the reader to apply them.
