I have read numerous books that deal with the subject of chakras, visualization, but this one definitely has something special! It is very non-dogmatic, and focuses on creating experiences that reconnect you with your spirit. I go back to it at times of inner struggle and reread some of the exercises as well as the chapter on the heart chakra. Then I massage the heart chakra spot with circular motions while reading and pretty soon I feel the uneasiness in me dissipate! It is a great way of letting go.

I definitely recommend this book.

I am an avid reader on many subjects, and if you're seeking a true spirituality guide - this one's for you! I have owned this book since it came out in 2001 and I still find myself going back to it regularly for it's knowledge, inspiration, and guided meditations. It is by far the best book on spirituality and intuition development in my library (& I have about 14+ books on the subject). This is not the title I would choose for a beginner though. It is the real deal, and digs deaply into the heart of the subject. It is wonderful, I LOVE it!!! Highly recommend to anyone serious about propelling themselves forward spiritually and opening the channels of communicaiton to their higher-selves.

I can also highly recommend The Psychic Pathway by Sonia Choquette.

Alan Seale's book truly embodies all the tools one needs to get their life in shape. I can't begin to explain the difference it has made in my life thus far and the good news is I've only just begun my journey. To bring forth the Love within, is to embrace your truth! Thanks to Alan, I am ever so close to walking hand in hand with my true self through God. A must read!

The book I ordered came in a very timely fashion (well before the end of the "expected arrival window") and in mint condition!

This book is a must read. It opens a door which for many people who where even not be aware that there was a door in their big concrete wall. Especially the link between your chakra's and the way they are directly linked to your manifestation performance in your daily life was great news for me. Buti must say it also requires exercising and exercising. Learning to be silent and learning to listen.
And investing time in it.
