Oh Roberta how you are so sadly mistaken! I have been a long time fan of Sonia's. I have also read the Wise Child and found that the Intuitive Spark brings intuitive living into a context that families can understand and adopt. Forget the preview, it just highlights one tiny part of this wonderful masterpiece. I just received this book from a good friend of mine and literally could not put it down. Sonia's easy to naviage format and simple solutions for bringing intuition to a family level was eye opening for our entire family. Even my husband loved it! If you love Sonia, this is a book for you! If you don't know Sonia, this book will open your eyes to a whole new way of living that will produce a happier, more peaceful, loving you! I could not give this book a higher rating!

everything that sonia writes is a tremendous gift to bring a higher frequency of awareness to humanity.With the stressors of our western culture the intuitive spark is a guide that gives one tools to embody the path of spirit.It is a wonderful book!Everyone should have this in their library.

This is the latest from Sonia Choquette, and her books just keep us thinking and growing. I wish this book had been around years ago, it would have been very helpful. Sonia provides us ideas from a different perspecitve. Her ideas open us up to new ways of thinking and looking at the world and ourselves. A good and beneficial read.

I, too, love all Sonia's books. I have not yet read THE INTUITIVE SPARK but I have read THE WISE CHILD.
I wish to clarify the discussion by some reviewers concerning whether or not this is a "new" book. Check the copyright page in Amazon's Sneak Preview. It clearly states that this book was "originally published under the title THE WISE CHILD in 1999 by Three Rivers Press." It has now been released by Hay House, evidently with some additions/modifications.

What an amazing gift this is! In this heartfelt book, Sonia shares her personal experiences as a child growing up with a mother who utilized intuition and encouraged it in her children. She provides parents with sound and loving advice on how to reconnect with their own intuition and incorporate it into daily family life in a noncoercive environment that empowers our children to recognize and trust their own divine guidance. In a world where information is readily available and often conflicting as well as anxiety producing, the tools in this easy to follow book will help anyone who wants to strenghthen their own intuitive skills as well as teaching children to trust in themselves and their decisions. Sonia addresses different belief systems within the family and how to overcome challenging situations. I want to give this book to everyone I love and to everyone who interacts with my child. Because of it's practicality, and references to real life situations, you don't have to "see the world through rose colored glasses" to benefit from this book. You need only to be open to love, learning, and personal growth.

I believe that intuition is what children see as the truth. My wish is that parents and adults would read this book and let it serve as the spark of rememberance of what is 'real'. I really appreciated Sonia Choquette's revealing of personal experiences regarding intuition. She reminds us of the beauty and joy of non-authoritarian family life where everyone's input is honored.

Excellent book for beginners and for intermediate practioners of psychic development. Wonderful and discriptive methods and applications. Worth the read and many great methods of application for growth. Pleased.

I have long been awaiting the arrival of Sonia's new book The Intuitive Spark. For several years now I have been gifting copies of The Wise Child to friends and family members with young children. They love it! Now I'm gifting copies of The Intuitive Spark and getting awesome feedback. Sonia does a masterful job of showing how our intuition has always been a part of us and how to rekindle our intuitive spark. It is a great read to savor and remember and re-connect with a deep part of ourselves.
