Sakuragi's manga debut was in 1994 with Tatoeba Ko-iu Renai Jijyo which appeared in Young Jump Extra Mankaku.Her work also includes My home MIRANO which started serializing in Young Jump in 1996, Jasmin's (Yasumin's) Dance which was serialized in Young Jump in 2001. In 2004 Inubaka: Crazy for Dogs started its run in Young Jump with issue #43.

Once again this mangaka has given me something to cry about! I truly love this series, even though sometimes it is difficult for me to read. I have had pets my entire life, and loved each and everyone of them. I still think fondly, and sadly, of their lives and deaths, and found the death of the pet of one of the series regulars as heart-breaking. I won't give away who's beloved dog dies, yet Suguri is once again pulled in to rescue a friend in desperate need. Also, there is a surprise winner of the dog-dance competition. Stay tuned, I think this series has a lot to offer!
