This was easy to put together. Rolls very easily on our laminate floor. Very sturdy, it's an Invacare. Only a few drawbacks: 1) when I pushed the tray down as far as it would go, I couldn't lock it. Instead the table slowly rose to the next setting (about 1/2" higher). 2) only two wheels lock out of four so be mindful where you want them before you assemble. 3) the mechanism to raise and lower the tray is a little stiff. Other than that, it's cost is very low making it a great deal . We mostly use it as a nurse's table and for feeding our daughter at bedside. We rarely adjust the height.

I purchased an Invacare bedside table last year - and liked it so much I purchased another this year. I have an invalid parent that uses this table while in bed as well as in her wheelchair. I use the other one for myself as a lap-top computer table while in a chair or in bed. Love it!

I just purchased this table from Amazon and once it was put together it is a great table. Here are some of the things I ran into: 1)the box arrived open even though it was delivered by UPS. I asked the driver if anything had fallen out and was told not that he knew of. Better packaging would be appreciated. 2) The instructions tell you to make sure you have all parts before starting but they do not provide a parts list so I had to count screws and other parts in the diagram used for putting it together. 3) Two of the holes for the screws were not completed. It looked like the tip of the drill touched the spots when manufactured but that was it so I had to drill two of the holes myself. 4) The instructions tell you to put the casters on last but I decided to insert them then attach the bottom frame. I'm glad I did because I did not have the physical strength to push them in. I had to use a rubber mallet to hammer them in. I knew I was risking cracking the plastic wheels but I didn't have a choice.

I recommend putting the locking casters on the side of the bottom frame that will not be under the bed. Also, I have carpeting in the room so I use a hard plastic chair mat under it which can be found at any office supply store. Once it was put together it rolled very easily and the mechanism to adjust the top is easy to squeeze allowing the top to glide into position. I gave this 4 stars because the end product is great for the price. I checked the manufacturers website and found it selling for $210. This is an incredible price. Thanks Amazon.
