This review is from: Inventing American Modernism: Joseph Hudnut, Walter Gropius, and the Bauhaus Legacy at Harvard (Center Books) (Hardcover)
An excellent work giving much needed background material as to the how & why of Modern Architecture in America, The influence of Harvard in the 20's is generally not well known and the arrival of Walter Gropius in 1937 is a wonderful, story- well told and analyzed here, Very well done indeed!
