I'm not a fan of reviews but it's important for professionals to have an idea of what's worthwhile to purchase. Working in the food industry doesn't allow you to be stupid with the little money you make. The series Inventing Cuisine ... allows you to visit the kitchens of those French chefs I most admire. This one, that highlights Pascal Barbot is beautiful. You have a chance, with this DVD, to have a glimpse into how a genius thinks. I also need to warn anyone interested in the serious that this is not about how to cook. These DVDs are interested in why an individual is a professional cook. These DVDs, and this review, is for professionals only.
