Sure, it is great the guy came up with products that we all know, but anyone could who knows the president's of major companies. Really this book toots his own horn without giving advice. If you like the type of invention book that shows you nothing but cute little quotes, then this buy this book. OTherwise, don't bother.

Sorry, but I think this writer is not in touch with people who are not in th BIG world of inventing. Most of us who are looking for books are looking for information that could be helpful in our pursuit of inventing and marketing. I did not find a single thing that I could practically do as an inventor to further my goals. Yes, the author told alot of things that HE did, but I do not happen to know any business executives and owners of large corporations that I could call on a personal level. Good biography----bad 'how-to'.

The author, an inventor of many prominent products, nicely illustrates the process of inventing with an eye towards selling/licensing, as opposed to inventing in the abstract. Its a small book, only about 100 pages - I wish it was 500!
