5.0 out of 5 stars Great Game ! October 8, 2013

This game is a third-person co-op shooter, I find that the game is quite fun and the graphics are ok, one cool feature of this game is the ability to manipulate gravity.

3.0 out of 5 stars Gears of war Clone/decent game August 5, 2012
Platform for Display:PlayStation 3|Verified Purchase
Fun: 3.0 out of 5 stars
So alot of people are giving this game bad reviews because its a gears of war clone. Although true it is still a decent 3rd person shooter. However do not get this if you want to play online, that community is dead if ever existed. But rent this title if thought about getting it. The gameplay is solid but visuals are not. Constant pop in and out textures give this somewhat of an eyesore if youre looking for it. also the voice acting isnt that bad but isnt AAA. Overall if you are bored and looking for something to play before black ops 2 or gears of war judgement, halo 4, etc then rent this.

3.0 out of 5 stars Mediocre Shooting game. February 22, 2014
Platform for Display:PlayStation 3|Verified Purchase
The Product is in pristine condition when you get it, however the game itself isn't that amazing. I would say that it is the most generic shooter I have ever played, with the only exception being the cool gravity effects. It is entertaining, but I guarantee you will be bored of fighting the same 4 bosses the game throws at you every few scenes. Overall average game.

4.0 out of 5 stars Don't believe the negative reviews June 28, 2012
Platform for Display:PlayStation 3
Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
First of all I actually played through the entire game unlike those other people that did not and yet gave the game a negative review. This game has plenty of action and the story line is really good especially the twist ending. Why o why is this game being compared to gears of war. It is no where near gears of war. In fact I feel this game has a better story.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great purchase! June 21, 2013

I purchased this item for my son who is 18+ and he loves this for his ps3 and has not had any problems or issues with it. The price was reasonable as well for this particular item. Plus, I usually wait until the price is right on this kind of stuff before I purchase it!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Gravity has never been so much fun! June 7, 2012
Platform for Display:PlayStation 3|Verified Purchase
Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
I have been waiting for this game since I got a small taste of it at SDCC, I am glad it is finally here!

Here's a tip, if you only play the first level then you will think it sucks. For some reason that level just feels off and bad. Heck you don't even get the Gravlink then which is the whole game! This title has some crazy action sequences with the flying combat sections (you fly, not in a ship) that you will miss out on if you don't give it a chance.

I don't care about graphics but the game has texture pop-in (like all Unreal games) and amazing looking lead character. Level design is off the chart and is quite creative but don't expect Uncharted 3 type graphics.

There are about seven weapons not including the Gravlink itself, grenades, and the turrent. The weapons do seem to get weaker but that is because the developer wants you to really use the Gravlink to have some fun! With your new toy you can also use debris, barrels, balls of gasoline, and enemies as weapons as you shoot them all over the place. When I say debris, I mean debris. A lot of the surfaces are quite destructible. Adds to a bit more realistic feel and cool affect but there is a downside to it.

I did have some beefs with this game and they come in form of bosses or mini-bosses. There are a couple brutes/big guys and the game doesn't really tell you how to beat them or how to speed up the process (just wait for the shield to go away?). They are not impossible, just frustrating. Doesn't help that certain bosses can destroy just about all of the cover you want to use to not die!

All in all, this game is quite fun. I haven't tried out the multiplayer (figure most people are E3ing it up now) but the single player is quite fun. Did I also mention it has co-op?!

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice Surprise February 20, 2013
Platform for Display:PlayStation 3|Verified Purchase
I stumbled upon this game at Gamestop and it looked really interesting. So I looked it up on Youtube and it caught my eye. For under $20.00 this game does not disappoint at all. If you like shooting games with a twist, then this is the one for you.
