I was waiting to review the marker until I actually got to use it a couple of times. A little about me, I'm not a hard core paintballer, I play maybe 4 times a year, I just don't like using rental Tipmanns due to their horrible accuracy or the fact they get outclassed by electronic markers owned by little kids that like to camp. The mini is very light and I really like the trigger, so far I haven't had any chopped paint and the marker has been extremely easy to clean. One thing I don't like is the asa, I've owned a G3 and I really liked the flip lever ASA, its not horrible, I just don't like having to unscrew the tank every time I get done playing. Reliability wise, time will tell, so far I've had no issues, with the G3 I started having problems the day the marker arrived with the macro line, fortunately the mini has no macro line, so that is one less thing to worry about. I found the board easy to use and the documentation, which came in the form of a PDF on a data CD, was extremely thorough. My package also came with some dog tags, tools, o-rings and parts. Looks wise, this is one of the most beautiful markers, stock, I have seen. I was a little unsure about the copper color but was pleasantly surprised. The lifetime warranty is also a great deal, I can't comment on warranty service as I haven't had to use it, but its good piece of mind to have.

Other markers I considered: Azodin Zenith (for the price I really liked it but didn't feel as good or shoot as well as the Mini/G4), G4 (Good gun but trigger didn't feel right and after the G3 problems I was a little hesitant to go with DP), GOG extcy (excellent board, great price, but felt the Mini was overall a much better gun in performance and looks), Etek 3 (felt great, great looks, one of my favorites, but more than what I wanted to spend for recreational paintball).
