Being the owner of a privately owned corporation, I have many questions regarding the taxation of shareholder distributions. This book consisely explains how various situations are handled. If you don't understand the explanation, the examples clearly drive the point.I learned about the great variety of financial instruments that I never knew existed. The examples are entertaining which helps in understanding the topics discussed. |
