Most Helpful Customer Reviews

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful By Deirdre Skolfield on June 4, 2012
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I've been successfully optimizing IR programs for dynamic technology and business services companies for over 15 years, and I can whole-heartedly endorse this concise yet complete and up to date (2012) handbook on the Art and Science of Investor Relations communications programs. As a CFA/Finance MBA focused on selling the numbers behind the story that portfolio managers seek, I found Corbin's book well worth the read for concise checklists of proactive communications tactics beyond the numbers. The section on SEC regulations surrounding Social Media was particularly helpful.

Well written, but the content is a bit on the thin side with regards to showing real-world examples of what is required to create "the Ultimate Communications Platform." An accompanying link to a site with those examples / templates would make this an essential.
