5.0 out of 5 stars Bravo!
With a full plate and a relatively small IR team, I find it difficult to keep up on the latest in ONLINE IR. One afternoon of reading this book, and I felt up to speed. Well written. Easy to read. Rich with examples. Bravo!

1.0 out of 5 stars Infomercial for CCBN
Don't be fooled into buying this book. You'll be paying for an infomercial for CCBN and its affiliates. The book is all about how CCBN can help the IRO with IR tasks. There is very little substance besides stating the obvious. These guys must be good at marketing.

1.0 out of 5 stars Old information, precedes Sarbanes Oxley, September 13, 2003

Not only is this an infomercial for CCBN, the investor relations website vendor, but the information is now very out of date. The book was written at a time when CCBN's advice was that a corporate governance section on your IR website consisted of a list of your directors with little or no biographic detail, and a list of company managers with perhaps a short bio on each. We have come a long way since then, and so has CCBN, but this book, like many to do with the fast changing Internet, is now stale. You would do better to read www.irwebreport.com or www.irbp.org, or even visit the sites of CCBN and Shareholder.com.

5.0 out of 5 stars Review of Investor Relations, August 23, 2001

This is a gem of a book for people interested in this topic. It is full of useful information and real world examples. I felt that the authors were aware of the most recent changes to occur regarding the use of the Internet by major corporations to manage their investor relations. The charts and diagrams were helpful.

I love this book. Well written, succinct style. The author should write a whole series of books on the subject. I just wonder where Jeffrey Parker (founder of First Call) gets the time to write a book. Bravo.
