This watch is gorgeous! I looked for over two months to find THE watch I wanted for my birthday, and this was it. I'd read all the reviews (on several sites) and simply can't believe anyone would give this watch anything less than 5 stars, especially now that I have it in person. The MOP face is stunning. Just a slight turn of the wrist and it seems to radiate all the prettiest shades of blue. The three black sub-dials give a great contrast to the MOP, and while they might be a little tricky to operate for a novice, the included instructions explain it well enough. If you have any questions on how to operate it, I'm sure any jeweler could answer those when you take it to have it sized. The black ceramic bracelet is in no way shape or form cheesy (of course, like my Momma always said, some people only have "taste" in their mouth.) It does have a slightly iridescent (silvery) tint, but this is very, very subtle.... and only in certain lighting. It's not a gigantic watch, but it does has some weight to it. Maybe after six months of wearing it my left arm will be as toned as my right.... only kidding. The "diamonds" are but little tiny chips, as the pictures clearly don't exaggerate this fact, but if you want diamonds, buy a ring for heaven's sake. Invicta was also quite generous with the number of links, as I assume I'll have to have 5-6 taken out. The butterfly clasp neatly conceals the closure, giving it stream-lined continuity. This butterfly clasp can be tricky to open, but I found a video on you tube which explained it. After figuring it out, I laughed at how easy it was. I am simply in love with my new watch and can't wait to take it to my local watch repair guy to have the extra links taken out.
**update May 2013** I've been wearing this watch sporadically for the last two and a half months. It's still my favorite, and has been working flawlessly. When I took it to have it sized, the gentleman who sizes our watches said he had to be careful with it due to the ceramic links. He was having a little trouble with removing one of the links and asked me to bring it back when I could leave it a little longer. The link was being stubborn and he needed to use some lubrication on it and didn't want to rush and risk it cracking. I've gotten several compliments on it and thoroughly enjoy wearing it.
