Buy at your own risk.

I had purchased seven of these watches in Dec 2011 for my nurses as part of their uniforms. While getting ready to update their uniforms this year and looking for a new watch today, my staff informed met that, though this watch is beautiful, all of them have malfunctioned. Sometimes, the watches would lose hours in a day or stop all together. We had three watches serviced at a local jeweler, assuming that the battery needed to be changed. This was not the case. My office manager had informed me that the staff has continued to wear the watches because they are cute, but do not rely on them for accuracy. She has called Invicta who told her to ship them back, but guess what, the shipping and handling would cost more that the watches. Now that it is no longer under warranty, nothing can be done. As I am writing this review, I had to hold for 18 minutes to talk to Kelly at Invicta 954-921-244. She verified that after the first 45 days of purchase, customers would have to pay for the shipping and handling in sending the watches back to Switzerland for repair. As I am looking at one of them now, it stops and starts. The cost for the service, was going to be at least $70 for each of the seven watches. She informed me I should have purchased the extended warranty plan. I guess the joke is on us to expect these watches to run, at least for a year. All SEVEN malfunctioning is unacceptable, and Invicta's taking zero responsibility is a joke!
