As big as is looks, but as good as it gets?
Brief overview -
- Nice solid feel
- Rich coloring
- Exaggerated dials
- OK feature set
- Huge face and buttons
- Glass on face of the watch smudges easily
Watch Face - The face of the watch is very eye catching. The contrasting colors are subtle
but very defined. There are clear markings for the various features of the stopwatch function.
There is also a nice bevel effect from the depth of the watch face. There are three buttons
on the side, they are large but not too large when compared to the overall size of the watch.
Watch Band - The band has a nice brushed metal look to it, it feels solid and the links are
easy enough to remove with either a jewelers screwdriver or with very basic watch tools. The
clasp is strong with no concerns of it coming undone during wear.
Other info - The watch has a stopwatch feature and of course the date. I paid around
$120.00 for it and would buy again for that price.
Closing thoughts - I do like the watch and it looks great on the wrist. I will admit it is very
large and could appear to be gaudy depending on your taste in watches. There is some
comparison pictures attached to this review so you can judge the size for yourself. I hope you
found this review useful!
If have seen comments asking about the size of the band. I did not measure it, but I have XL size hands with wrists to match. Have tried on watches in stores that had bands that were too small. I had to have TWO LINKS REMOVED from this band to get the fit. So if your concern is about the band being too small, well... Contact the seller or manufacturer for band length.
As for the watch it is well made and seems very durable.
Worth the $100.00.
1-First impression: I just received the watch it seams well made for the price. looks cool and is lighter than it looks.
2-After a few days: this watch looks really good, i have a big hand so it fits really well. The fact that it is light makes it a comfortable watch, i have a 42 mm TAG that is much heavier and rolls around my wrist all the time.
the only thin that i don't like at that point is that the wrist band (when jiggled) sounds like cheap metal. but then again maybe that's why it is light.
