Got this out of the Gold Box. It's got a great weight to it, if you like hefty watches. The construction seems very solid.

Invicta 6034 Watch Review,

This review is from: Invicta Men's 6034 Pro Diver Collection Automatic Stainless Steel Watch (Watch)
I just received this watch the other day. It came poorly packaged as described by the reveiwers. But it has nothing to do with the watch itself. I really do like this watch. It is very nice, and should last a lifetime. It is an automatic watch, which means it will never need batteries, which is very nice. And the watch is waterproof up to 200 meters or 660 feet. The watch has a nice look, and the chrome touch makes it look PIMP. It is sad amazon poorly packaged it, but the watch itself seems not to be harmed and is just fine. Ask me any questions you have about this watch. Hope this helps.

This is the 4th Invicta watch that I have purchased to add to my collection. It is just as nice and well designed as my others, however, it is very big. I had to have 2 links taken out of the band before i could even wear it. Other than that, I don't have any complaints about it. I like the chrome/brushed metal band and on the rear of the watch, there's a window so you can see the inner mechanism. It gives the watch a more high end feel. It looks exactly like the picture. Overall, i was satisfied with my purchase.

I got this watch for $69.00 and I am pleased. Very basic but nice looking and functional timepiece. Note that you MUST wear this watch for it to wind itself, so it has to be frequently reset. I am a BIG guy and the watchband is HUGE (not a bad thing for me)

Bad Quality Control,

I own quite a few Invicta watches and have noticed that Invicta's quality control has really deteriorated over the last several years. I purchased this watch (6034) and immediately checked for defects and sure enough, found them without looking too hard. First off, the cyclops magnifier was placed crooked on the crystal (I mean way too crooked or misaligned) at an unacceptable level. The cyclops placed at a crooked horizontal angle makes the watch look really bad. The outer rotating bezel ring would not line up with the arrow at the 12:00 position (off by 1/2 minute) - again unacceptable. The bezel issue seems to be a common occurrence with certain Invicta models, as several Invicta watches that I have bought recently have the same issue. The Tritnite luminous hands and markers have very poor lume. You would think Invicta would start using Luminova (an excellent luminous paint) on all of their watches. Invicta only uses Luminova on their higher priced watches. Invicta's patented Tritnite paint doesn't even come close to Luminova or Super Luminova. The Trinite just plain sucks. On a positive note: The stainless steel watchcase and crystal are built solid. The watchcase at 45mm is a bigger watch. Another plus is that the stainless steel band is built well and sizes in at 22mm. The Seiko NH25A automatic movement is excellent and keeps very good time. Most of the Seiko NH25A automatic movements that I own keep time within several seconds per day. Invicta can thank Seiko for the excellent automatic movement that they are using in a lot of their watches. Too bad Invicta won't improve on their quality control. Many Invicta purchases that I have made in the past year or so have had noticeable defects. Most of the defects would be worthy of (or justified) returning the watch. Invicta watches look nice, but their return rate and poor customer service have changed my opinion. I cannot buy or recommend Invicta watches anymore.

Somewhere along the line the management at Invicta figured out an even better way to save money. "Let's skip the quality control."Now when you open your badly packed Invicta watch, with the brochure caught hanging out of the bright yellow plastic box, you get a watch with some type of "flame fused fog" on the inside of a crystal whose magnifier isn't even lined up properly over the date window. A mysterious "Seiko" movement that is mysteriously made in China with absolutely nothing Swiss about this at all. Not that any of us actually thought it might be, but at least a bit of respect for Swiss craftsmanship. Yeah, right. I have read all the bad reviews, and am sad that this had to be another. Sad because now I have to waste my time hauling it off to have it shipped back. What a pile of crap. Invicta has gone KMart. Read my review of the [...] Invicta bag that I got for free a couple years back. This is a mirror reflection of that level of quality.

I bought this product about a year ago, but am only now reviewing it. The moment I opened the packaging I was disheartened, because I discovered that the face was different than was advertised on Amazon.com (there was only white numbers/ticks, and no green). No matter in the end, and as soon as I had it fitted, I received numerous compliments on it. Most people thought that it was very expensive, and loved the large face.Nevertheless, I noticed that after only seven months of wearing it, the tachymeter veneer fell off. I took it to a watchsmith who put it back on, yet I noticed that condensation began to collect inside the face. I figured that it was ok, and was only due to the heat. About one week later I noticed that the watch was about two hours fast due to the dials were spinning faster than a normal second. In the end, I was happy that I received compliments on my watch, but unhappy that it lasted for only a few months. I now have purchased a Timex Ironman, and couldn't be happier. Only buy this watch if you are vane and don't want quality.

This watch has it's ups and it's downs. Here's my overview:Pros: - Feels solid. - Looks great. - I enjoy the see-through window on the back. Cons: - Heavy. Yes I expected it to be since it's kinetic, but still it weighs a lot. - Large. I have a small wrist for a guy and this borders on being too large for me. It's stylish and not jumbo sized like some others you see out there, but it's certainly not low profile or discreet. - Clock stopping is reeeally annoying. I don't wear this all the time, so usually there are a couple days between wears. Because it's kinetic, this means it runs out of power and turns off, so every time I put it on after extended periods or not wearing it, I have to set it all over again. I know this is characteristic of most kinetics, but for the retail price of this watch, I think it's borderline absurd to have to reset it all the time. The only way to avoid this is to wear the watch every day, and I don't always want to. I had a Seiko watch that was a little more expensive and would automatically jump ahead to the correct day and time after even weeks of not wearing it and being "off" or in sleep mode. Overall, I wouldn't buy this watch again for the cons. If for nothing else, the resetting issue alone is enough to make me not like this watch. Just get a watch with a battery or a solar powered Citizen Eco Drive. If you don't care about the size, weight, or resetting then this is the watch for you.

not dish washing safe and dead at 14 months,

The watch is pretty accurate and good looking. But a just a few times washing dishes made the inside of the watch become fogy. I don't think it will keep ticking under water at all. Diver's watch? No way.Update: 14 months later, the watch is dead. It has been used only accationally.

I jumped into Invicta to fast. Bought 2 and then 2 weeks later purchased 2 more. One was looseing time. I sent it back to Invicta for repairand they wanted $28 to ship it back to me. While it was in repair the one I was wearing got mostiure in it. They wanted and got $25 for shipping on this one. When they got it, they email me and told me it was going to cost $18 more. Hmmmmmm. I refused to pay anymore and they sent my broken watch back and kept my $25. It took them 8 weeks to ship the other one back and it still looses time. I sold my 3rd Invicta on ebay for 50 bucks that I give $125 for. The 4th one Im giving as a Christmas gift to someone I dont like. As for as the 2 that was not repaired? Im going to make a video of them being smashed with my hammer beside their warrenty. These watches is very pretty but the company is bad. The watches is junk. I wasted about $400 on these Invicta watches and advise anyone againest buying one.
