At over 3/4 of an inch thick, the Subaqua Noma is both rugged and well-equipped for ocean use, yet formal enough for a blazer and tie. This model features the precision of Swiss quartz movement, a durable flame-fusion crystal, chronograph dials that let the user track 60-second, 30-minute, and 1/10th-of-a-second intervals, and is water resistant to 1640 feet (500 meters). The Subaqua Noma has a rotating unidirectional bezel nearly 2 inches across, a tachymeter on the inner bezel, screw-down pushers and crown with protective cap, a stainless steel case, and a bracelet with a fold-over clasp and safety. Additionally, this model offers a day and date function. The styling is formal and showcases a polished 18k gold case and polished matching bracelet with brushed gold center links. Hours are denoted by luminous, gold-toned hands and dome-shaped hour markers on a blue dial. Invicta packages this versatile watch in a foam-lined case.
Led with expert engineering, and always ready to face the depths, no feat or occasion will ever be too great for Invicta’s Subaqua to handle. The sheer magnitude of this mighty timepiece is superbly executed with surgical-grade solid stainless steel, Swiss automatic movements, and multiple color options of ionic plating. Managing up to 500 meters of water, finished off with a unidirectional rotating bezel, integrated shock resistance, and Invicta’s luminous Tritnite? hands, the Subaqua is the diver’s definitive in negotiating any adventure by sea or by land.
With its most inspired creations yet, Invicta demonstrates its technical and design prowess, offering timepieces of style for extreme value.

The watch looks good and the quality is great, but it is very big, thick and heavy. I had to return it because of that.Published on January 17, 2013 by Elise Marcoux
