I ordered this watch after spending several hours looking at different options for watches (including Citizen, Seiko, Bulova), all in this approximate price range. I looked at reviews on amazon, went to company websites, and checked out other internet sites. I ended up ordering this one, and it's wonderful! It's a sizeable watch - about midway between a regular small ladies' watch and a man's large diving-type watch. It's got quite a bit of weight to it, though it's nothing overwhelming. It simply feels very solid. It's easy to set (though I seem to be having a problem adjusting the 1/10th chrono). It looks great with jeans or dressy clothes - without looking fussy for either one. The diamonds are smaller than it seems in the picture, but they are there and, in my opinion, help keep the watch from looking overly flashy. The clasp is hidden when closed - wonderful to keep it from looking cheap or catching on clothes (or baby in my case!). The hands and small blocks above the numbers are all coated with Tritnite (I think that's what it is) so that they glow in the dark (great for checking times when baby wakes up in the middle of the night) and they last all night long. And of course, the bonus warranty plan is wonderful.

I would certainly buy this watch again. It's a great deal for the price and truly feels great on. I can't stop glancing at it just to admire it;)

UPDATE: After almost 2 years, my watch needs repairs. The gold frame around the date box and one of the gold number markers have fallen off their spots and are now floating around within the case. I can't wear the watch because I'm afraid that they will stick somewhere and cause permanent damage if a hand gets stuck on them. I called Invicta to have it repaired, and after sitting on hold for 15 minutes (according to my phone timer), I was told by the warranty department that even though my Platinum Warranty is on file, I need to send a $25 check (for shipping and handling), a copy of the receipt, and a note explaining the problem along with the watch to their office in Florida. What a hassle - along with some really expensive shipping. As much as I love this watch, I will probably never buy from Invicta again.

Loved it out of the box - but now about 3 months later a lot of the gold on the band has rubbed off of MANY of the links. Very disappointing - so much for the two-tone! And of course the warranty will not cover the band.

I could not be more thrilled with this watch.
First of all, the price cannot be beat.
But secondly, and more importantly, this is so clearly a high quality timepiece.
I've always been drawn to smaller, more delicate watches thinking I couldn't pull off "chunky". I'm so glad I reconsidered that as this watch is definitely an eye catcher. The weight is susbtantial so if you are extremely delicate and frail, you may want to go for something lighter. I can't help but wonder if I will have an indentation from the dial in my wrist at the end of the day--to be determined.
Finally, it's worth noting that the pics on amazon don't do it justice. I was concerned that the face would be too metallic looking and it's not at all--a clean, simple mother of pearl face. I also worried that the hands of the watch would read gold and they don't they are edged in gold but a soft cream color. Finally, it was hard to tell how matte vs. shiny this watch would be and I'm pleased to report it's a perfect combination of the two: the watch face is largely shiny and then the links on the bracelet contain both elements (matte stainless middle and shiny gold and stainless edging).
No regrets about this one!

Beautiful watch! It was a Christmas gift for my 26 year old daughter. She loves it and has already received numerous compliments. Note that the description does not indicate, as it should with all watch entries, that this watch is a Automatic. This makes a difference to a real watch person! Her comment upon opening and examining the watch was, "Wow, it is beautiful and I don't need to worry about the hassle of changing batteries". Great value and a can't miss purchase.

I have been extremely happy with my new timepiece. It looks beautiful with everything I wear and I have received so many compliments. All my friends have admired it. I love it!

The watch is beautiful and expensive looking, despite the fact that the diamonds are small. The watch face is lovely--very sparkly and the mother-of-pearl shimmers nicely. The band is comfortable, although large. I took the watch to a jeweler and had some links removed. It fits well now. I'm extremely pleased with this watch.

It's a very beautiful peice. Not too heavy,while being very bold yet still feminine. This is definately not for someone that likes a smaller, more girly type watch. Whenever i wear this watch, people notice it and i get compliments.

I have only had my Invicta watch for a couple of weeks. So far I like it very much. This watch is seems well made and very good looking for daily wear. One thing to know is that the third "big" hand on the watch is not a sweep second hand. It is part of the stop stop watch feature. Therefore, it does not go around the watch dial constantly. If you try to make it go around all the time, it will wear down the battery. The second hand is one of the small chronograph dials. It goes continuously.

I wanted a ladies chronograph that is elegant with a bit of bling. I have been checking on the internet including ebay, and found this one as the best deal overall. Ordered it on 31 Mar and got it on 6 Apr.. considering that I live in Australia, it's really a quick delivery. When I opened the box, I absolutely love it. Better than the picture. The yellow tone is not too overpowering. Can barely see the tiny diamonds, but this doesn't bother me, still adds a little sparkle. Never owned an Invicta before, was a bit nervous 'cos I've read some (-) feedback, but it works well so far... 5 star for style and quality. Really beautiful watch.

I'm in LOVE with this watch. For the price, it's an amazing buy. I was looking for a watch that was more androgynous looking than most women's watches that I've seen, but didn't want to buy a man's watch (especially because I'm a pretty tiny person, it would just be too large in size). This 100% fit that description. It's definitely bigger than most women's watches that I've looked at, but by no means looks out of place on my arm. It's a beautiful piece -- it's nice enough to wear to a nicer event, but can still be worn as an everyday watch.
I've only owned it for a few days so far, but no problems with it working, and I love that the arms and hour indicators glow in the dark. This watch is not only pretty, but functional!
Unfortunately, the instructions were somewhat confusing -- instead of sending a manual that is specific for your model, it comes with a general instruction booklet (w/o any indication which instructions refer to the watch you are holding). It can be a few minutes before you realize what you should be looking at.
