A nice looking watch that worked for 20 minutes out of the box. When reset the time it ran for a few hours and stopped again. Amazon has an insert with the watch that states if it is not working it is probably due to a dead battery. Why should a consumer go out and spend another $15 on a battery for a new watch? And with no way of telling the battery is the actual problem. Where's the quality control?
Consumers should also be aware that if they return an Invicta watch under warranty they have to pay $25 shipping and handling charge. The company sells a defective product and expects you to pay money for a warranty repair? Why should the consumer have to pay money for an improperly made item?
Fortunately I'm still in the time frame that will allow me to return the watch to Amazon. To Amazon's credit, they do pay for the return shipping. However they will refund money only and not send a replacement. I checked the website and they still have the watch available. However, the watch is now more expensive so is that why they don't allow a replacement? If I wanted to get this watch again (which I don't) why should I have to pay extra for the same item?
A disappointing experience and I will probably not buy a watch from Amazon again. The prices do seem cheap and the website makes a big deal that recommended price for the watch is say $475, but they are selling it for $50. Obviously at the $50 mark they are still making a profit which makes the $475 recommended price look stupid and misleading. If you pay $50 for a watch that is what it's worth. The higher recommended price falsely implies you are getting a higher quality watch. You are not. But even at $50 surely the manufacturer or shipper should at least check it is working before shipping it?

I purchased two of these watches as Christmas presents for my brothers. I personally inspected the watches before I shipped them, and they had a stylish appearance and were made of quality materials. When my brothers received them, they told me how much they loved them and that they needed a "dressy watch" for special occasions. The funny thing is, the suggested retail for the watch is close to $500, but I only paid just over $50 each. I realize that many people don't wear watches due to the fact that our cell phones and Blackberries display the time, but a watch can be as essential an accessory for a man as a little black dress is for a woman. Thanks Amazon, for providing an excellent product at an unbelievable price!

When I first saw this watch online, I was amazed that it was so drastically reduced...and thought it just couldn't be as nice as it looked on the screen...boy was I wrong! This is a well designed and beautiful watch! The dial is large, but looks great on a man's wrist and the links are very solid. The color is a dark blue, almost a deep purple, but it works.

I would highly recommend this watch...you won't be disappointed!

This watch is very nice, but it is HUGE (very wide) and is fairly heavy. I don't think I will be wearing it for an everyday watch due to the weight. Kudos to someone, but it was right on time and set to my time zone when I opened it up. I would have given it 5 stars if wasn't so darn big.

I had been looking at this watch for a long time but was skeptical about the price. I bought it and when it arrrived it didnt seem as nice as one I had looked at in a store. The band seemed flimsey and clanked around. It did look like the pictures but did not seem like a 400$ watch as was claimed. 2 days later it stopped working. Amazon quickly took it back and gave me a refund.

Thought I was getting a great deal and an awesome gift for my husband. The watch worked wonderfully for 11 months which at that time stopped keeping time. I spent $30.00 having a new battery placed in the watch which made NO difference! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I received this watch and after a couple of days the "day" would not change and would have to be done manually. After doing that for about a day or so...when I attempted to adjust manually the day would no longer change...

This is a very nice, good quality watch.

I really don't think it's fair that people gave it a low rating due it being large.
It's not like they claim that it is small, and one of the pictures clearly shows the watch next to a set of rulers.
Seriously, just pay attention to the description before you buy.

The watch is on the larger side, but not over-sized like the Russian Diver watches.
For someone with a bit larger wrist or hands, this watch is perfect.

I actually really like how much of a low vertical profile it has, it is a bit on the slim side, for being such a large size watch, actually quite nice.

This watch is truly a beautiful watch to look at. Its got a very nice and modern-esque feeling to it and its blue accenting makes it look even more attractive. However, this watch is very large, and it was so large to a point that I would have to initially buckle it to my forehand, having it eventually slide down to my wrist. I eventually had to go and get the links manually removed. The watch however did end up having a loose seconds dial. After about 5 months of usage, the seconds hand became loose. I attribute that mainly to my clumsiness however, and not to the watches construction
