I bought this watch a few months ago to replace a Seiko quartz watch I had been wearing daily for a few years. I've been extremely impressed by its looks and quality. I've received a lot of compliments on it, both when showing it to friends and unprompted - it's hard to beat such classic styling. The design is both sporty and durable enough to wear on a daily basis, and nice enough to wear with a suit. Morover, since most people nowadays don't even know what an automatic watch is, showing them the action through the window in the back can be a good conversation starter.

I won't saw that this watch can rival the quality of the Rolex watches on which its design is based, but for a fortieth of the price, I can hardly complain about that. The action is a bit cheap - even though I wear the watch daily, it gains about 5 minutes every 2 weeks or so. I do sit at a desk most of the day and do not use a watch winder overnight.

Overall though, for the price, it's hard to beat this watch or one of Invicta's similar watches. I highly recommend it.

This is my fourth Invicta diver's watch - they are very well made watches - never thought I'd own more than one at a time, but these are great buys and having a diffewrent look for different occasions is fun. It's a heavy watch and works well in and out of the water. I take it surfing about once a week. Keeps perfect time and looks like a Rolex at a fraction of the cost - highly recommended.

How often have you reached for your "dress watch" for an important event only to find the battery is flatlined? I really get annoyed having to replace watch batteries every year. Getting the watch to the repair shop, waiting or coming back is about 2 hours per watch.

Now I will only use a solar powered, self wind, or 7+year battery watch (Casio has them)

This Invicta watch looks just fabulous and appears to be built extremely sturdy. I intentionally got the diver's watch for the ruggedness. This is not a lightweight watch. This isn't one of those light watches that disappear on your wrist during the day. You will always know it is there. The watch and matching band appear to be made with very high quality. I will be on the look out for the reveiw of excessive wearing of the plating.

One important note that seemed to be lacking in my watch instructions is that the stem to change the date and time needs to be wound back into the casing to keep the waterproofing intact. Firmly pressing the stem inward as you turn it clockwise gets the stem seated into a watertight position. Keep turning until it is finger tight.

I bought this watch simply because it doesn't need batteries and it looks GREAT. So the day before Xmas, I went Amazon window shopping and looked at Rolex watches for fun. The first Rolex I saw was the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Submariner Date Two-Tone Steel Mens Watch 11613BK, List Price: $7,825.00 Amazon Associate Price: $7,108.00. To my surprose I found this Invicta was designed to be a knockoff of this Rolex from the git go. All the markings, colorings, shape of the hands, etc. are copied very close but not close enough to cause a lawsuit. No wonder there is so much heft to the Invicta...

Main technical difference between the watches....movments of course and pressure depth, Rolex claims 1000 feet, Invicta 660 feet. Thats $21 per foot extra.

If you are in the market for the Rolex, I would certainly recommend buying the Invicta first to see if you like the color scheme with your wardrobe.

The look and feel are very pleasing. Definitely high quality. Only negative is that it keeps running fast. Every week I have to move it back a few minutes. Have received many compliments from friends.

The watch is very beautiful. I used to wear a Kinetic Seiko for just business but after purchasine the Invicta watch, I am hooked. I really like the mechanical movement, even if it isn't as accurate as a quartz. It is something you don't see everyday. I wear this watch all of the time and would be interested in looking into other Invicta watches.

This watch is great, it has the appearance of a much more expensive watch with the workmanship to match. This is my first Invicta watch but I plan to purchase more and possibly start a watch collection.

My family and I have bought a lot of items from Amazon over the years with good success. Until this product. After wearing the watch for five weeks to my white collar office job, the gold has worn off one link on the bracelet already. Excluding the problem with the bracelet the watch is fine. But it has only been 5 weeks. Too bad this problem didn't happen within the 30 day return window. I am really disappointed and will reconsider how I shop while warning my family and friends. I plan to call Amazon and see if they will help me.

There is no doubt that this thing looks good. The problem is, if I can't set the time, It's worthless. Somehow this watch made it all the way to my house without anyone realizing that it was broken. I cannot belive that Invicta would let that type of defect slip through their quality inspection. Very dissapointing.

when I orderd this watch , i was not sure if would look ellegant compared to the price i paied , but when i recieved it it looked relly very very cheap for its looks and quality , it is very valuable watch , thanks to AMazon for their recommendation

I'm impressed with the quality of work put into this watch. Can be easily mistaken for a much more expensive Swiss watch. The automatic movement is so smooth and precision is superb, not a minute late or ahead of the actual time. It is worth more than the money I spent.
