This should not be classified as a dive watch. The bezel is not gray as pictured- it's black with black numbers so it would be difficult to read underwater. It has a push-pull crown rather than screw down so I'd think the water resistance would be questionable. The lume is quite anemic, and almost non-existant on the hands. Speaking of hands-the skeletonized hands almost disappear against the yellow dial making them difficult to see even in daylight. Also, the GMT hand is easily confused with the minute hand- it's the same length and about the same width. So, if you confine your diving to the office, restaurants, or malls, this piece is just barely passable but would be an utter failure in diving conditions. Another irritating feature is that the strap attaches to the case with two springbars per side- making strap replacement more questionable than it should be. The supplied leather strap is substantial-26mm- but on the short side for a watch of these dimensions. Water resistant capability of the strap is unknown. The PLUS features: Crystal has a nice blue tint similar to what you'd see with a sapphire crystal; the yellow dial has a modest sunray pattern and is attractive, and if you want a big watch this is certainly big.
IN SUMMARY this piece is a total failure as a diver; if you want a beater watch and can get this for around $40 then ok. This piece is still advertised on some sites @ $160 which is totally ridiculous. (Mine had a tag attached that said suggested retail is $399...there must be a comedian working in the tag department at Invicta!)

"BIG" this really understates what I meant to say, so I'll use the word "MASSIVE" Massive better describes this watch when you first open the box and take your first look inside. Apart from it's size... added to the fact I've got thin wrists, I love the look feel and weight of it. I'm no diver, I'm not trying to be flash, but this will turn heads. (It has already, everyday). The yellow face is a delight to look at and watch numerals are easy to read... (daytime at least). For it's massive size it sits very comfortable on my wrist. The strap is made from a heavy stiff leather with little give and defiantly not supple, so it can be a pain to put on, but I'm sure it will soften up over time. This will be my main everyday watch for a while, so it will get battered, I work in a very heavy industrial job... but so far not a mark on it and it's already had a few knocks. I'm sure you'll want to wear this and not hide it in a box. I've had this watch over two weeks now, worn it everyday and have no complaints to speak of. It keeps accurate time which should be the first and last consideration of anyone buying a watch, although in my case, I just loved the look of the face. All in all if you buy this time-peace you'll be buying something very unique. but be prepared for it's size, this cant be overstated enough : )
