I was doing a lot of research on different watches online and became interested in the value that Invicta provided. I happened to see this particular model and was intrigued by both the interesting design and the incredible value. I really like the blue face with silver mini-dials, and I love the band design with the cross-hatch pattern in the central links. The end result is a watch my girlfriend and I find very attractive, and the price was a screaming good deal. Amazon already had a great price, and then Invicta had a 25% discount on top of that. I also got upgraded from a one-year warranty to a five-year warranty free of charge because I bought it through Amazon. I admit I was concerned about the watch being too large, as it is bigger than my last favorite watch, but it actually looks great on me at this size, and is very comfortable to wear all day long. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely do it again with no hesitation whatsoever.

As others have said, the face is somewhat darker than the image depicts, but it is a very nice deep blue. The watch is also slightly heavier than expected, but absolutely not overwhelmingly heavy. It has a very solid feel and is classy enough for a suit yet still sport enough for everyday use. I am very glad I purchased it!

hey Guys,
For those of you who would like to buys this watch, I would say go for it.. Its really a very beautifull watch and looks really cool. But one thing that I would mention is that the blue dial that you see in the pics is really not the true color. Its actually a very dark blue shade and looks more like black. I was sad when i saw the color because i wanted a more blue and glossy finish. But still I like the watch. Hope the review helps.

I must say that I have been through 2 watches and sometimes I can pretty rough with them. I would say that if you plan on wearing this watch every day, it will last you for about 2-3 years approximately if you do a lot of outside work. For the price you pay you can't beat it. Most of these watches are made with Swiss Parts but manufactured elsewhere, mostly in the U.S.
These are great quality watches and definately would not consider these as a knockoff. They are very stylish and have many different colors and styles to choose from.

I found this nice looking watch while browsing through Amazon web site. I owned an Invicta Pro Diver watch, it looks very much like the Rolex submariner watch except the brand name and the expensive price. I love the Invicta Men's II chronograph, it has date and day functions, and the stainless steel finish is the first rated, it has frame fusion crystal, from my understanding it is harder than mineral crystal for scratch resistance, and it uses Swiss parts movement and water resistance up to 100m. The blue dial looks not that "blue" as the picture, but it is fine with me, and the dial has a nice pattern on it. The watch bezel can be rotated smoothly.
I bought it when Amazon had a 25% off promotion, the price was unbelievable, I highly recommend Invicta watches if you are looking for a good build quality and design Swiss brand watch. By the way, not all Invicta watches are made in Swiss, and not all Invicta watches use Swiss parts movement, some of them uses Japanese movement (from Citizen) which is also good quality parts but lower cost.

While I have read varying reports of Invicta quality, I have had an Invicta 5389 watch for over 12 months and have had zero problems with it. I considered it to be very heavy when I first received it and was doubtful if I could wear it comfortably. However, I got used to the weight very quickly and now never give it a thought. The finish, I would rate as exceptional, and give it 8 out of ten for quality and design. One notable feature of the ISA chrono movement, is the appearance of an almost continuous movement of the sweep hand when the chrono feature is used. It appears to be moving at a rate of around 8 beats per second and when the chrono feature is disabled, the hand returns smoothly to the 12 oclock position exactly. The only two slight misgivings, one of each, pertain to: (1) The ratchet of the unidirectional bezel which is not firm enough and can, and does, rotate by itself while worn. However, I have learned to live with that and either re-align it, or leave it. 2) the design issue pertains to the Silver Hands, of which I confess do suit the watch and look great - BUT, they can be near impossible to read in sunlight. One can, and does need to, tilt the watch to a particular angle to read it. An unusual feature that I noticed from day one, is that this model does NOT have a serial number on the rear. I emailed Invicta on this issue and they advised that it only has a number on the movement. I mention this because, although it is an inexpensive watch, in the event of a loss etc., some insurance companies will disallow a claim if the watch cannot be identified with a serial number. Also, a national second dealer chain will NOT take any such goods without serial number identification.
As I have been advised that nearly all watches, except very cheap ones, have a rear serial number, that may also brings into question Invicta's RRP price/s. I also have have an inexpensive chrono from the seiko stable and it HAS a serial number clearly engraved on the rear.

I gave this watch to my husband for Christmas & he loves it. It's very nice looking, looks just like a Rolex....and it's not too heavy (that's what he said) You do have to go to a watch place to have any adjustment to the links & pin...My husband tried to do it himself....the spring that is on the pin shot off to parts unknown (couldn't find it) so we did take it to the jeweller/watch place, it was only $6 to have 3 links taken off & replace the spring...well worth it & it only took them a minute or two to do it...he loves it...and what a great price....thank you Amazon !!!

Excellent quality and no brainer price for this great looking watch. Silver dials can be difficult to see in direct light but look good never the less. Amazon prices are usually the lowest around.....don't forget the free shipping too!
