THIS WATCH IS ALL SWISS MADE AND NOT ONLY LOOKS GREAT BUT KEEPS VERY ACCURATE TIME. IT IS A VERY BIG WATCH @52 mm(NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED)AND HAS A FULLY DECORATED AND SKELETONIZED UNITAS 6498 SWISS 17 JEWEL MECHANICAL MOVEMENT. THE MOVEMENT IS A REAL WORK OF ART. THE DIALS WERE FABRICATED FROM THE ORIGINAL 1959 RUSSIAN DIVER DIALS AND SET INTO A 15 MM THICK CASE. THE WATCH WEIGHS ABOUT 230 GRAMS AND YOU WILL DEFINATELY KNOW THAT YOU HAVE IT ON YOUR WRIST. SO WILL EVERYONE ELSE AS IT IS THE ULTIMATE ATTENTION GETTER. THE WATCH COMES ON A BLACK LEATHER 26MM WIDE BAND AND IS VERY THICK AND COMFORTABLE. WHEN I RECEIVED MY WATCH I LIKED IT SO MUCH I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE FOR MY SON WHO LOVES IT AND GETS COMPLIMENTS ON IT FROM EVERYONE. THIS WATCH IS CERTAIN TO BE A REAL COLLECTOR'S ITEM. While attending Friday Night Jazz at the Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Beach/Aventura, FL, I was approached by a senior corporate executive for a major defense contractor. He observed the timepiece on my wrist and was curious as to exactly what it was. (He was wearing an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak). When I told him I am wearing an Invicta Original 1959 Russian Dive Watch, he was taken back due to never seeing such a bold timepiece on a wrist before. When I took the watch off for him to hold, he figured that this watch must have cost me between $5500.00-$6000.00 due to the solid construction and the skeletonized back.

Needless to say, this gentlemen advised me that he was going to purchase one to add to his fine collection of wrist watches. This timepiece is a beauty and when it is on my wrist it commands much attention. I highly recommend this timepiece to watch collectors of all levels.

A very nice, big watch. You do not have to pull it up to your eyes to tell what time it is. The five year extended warranty was included because I purchased it from Amazon...Wow! Thanks Amazon, less worry about it being a knockoff.

Wind it daily and it will provide excellent time. Strange how you realize everyone is running on slightly different time. The back is art.

I,ve had this watch for several weeks now and all I can say is, WOW. My Wife got this for me for our 20th anniversery and I wear it almost dayly. It is LARGE,but after a couple of days you do get use to it. The hands glow brightley in the dark and the large markers made it possible for a guy 2 rows back in a dark theater to read it (he cought up with me after the movie) You will recive attention with it, and when you show them the back thay all go slack jawed. The invicta #2625 is an awesome timepiece! Yes, is size alone is impressive, but its bright luminesce face and the detail when you look at the rear of the watch is just worth every penny!! A great gift for any watch fan.

Tengo un 2625 hace tres años, una vez que te habitúas al peso de la maquina no lo sientes, es un reloj muy llamativo, y siempre te preguntan por sus características e historia.
Al mirar la maquina esqueletonizada por la parte de atrás quedas sorprendido al igual que quien te pregunta por él, el trabajo artístico grabado sobre las platinas y el puente, el tamaño de los rubís y el color de los tornillos es mesmerizante. Es muy preciso y por ser de cuerda manual es muy "vivo", para los entusiastas de los relojes esta es una pieza indispensable entre los relojes de cuerda manual, no se debe olvidar conocer la historia del diseño militar original de la INVICTA en los años 50 que esta disponible en la web.

La Invicta Russian Diver est tres interessante. Elle est tres grosse et je ne la porte pas tous les jours a mon poignet. Sa fabrication est tres bonne et le mouvement est agreable a regarder a travers le fonds vitre.

C'est ma 53eme montre et je ne regrette pas son achat.
