I purchased this watch in December 07 as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who had been mooning over this watch for more than a year. I actually didn't like it from the pictures, but when I received it -- it was nicer than I thought. Invicta has great style, is instantly recognizable from far away, and looks great on my boyfriend's wrist. Pls NOTE: everything is big about this watch -- the face is bigger than the photo presents, the band is wide, the side body of the watch is large enough to allow the word invicta to be inscribed in capital letters and the turn dials are huge. I believe this is what makes the Invicta watches so distinctive, and this watch does not disappoint.

In Australia you cannot buy these watches. It is unusual and a great working watch. Great value for money!

I own some Invicta watches, but this is my first and certainly not my last Russian Diver.
Now I understand why these Russian Divers have so many enthusiasts !!

This is a gorgeous and classy watch and obviously very large, and despite its huge crown protector it's quite comfortable to wear.

The 18Kt-gold plated steel case stands out and looks great with the black leather strap. The luminescense of the hands, numeral and hour markers is simply amazing at this watch. The date window inside the diver's helmet logo is also very cool!

It's a great quality watch and at this price range it can't be beaten! (I got mine two months ago under $90 here at Amazon but it's worth buying it even at a higher price).

this watch measures 52mm but looks even bigger. it's not for the meek. super masculine, with excellent build quality. quartz movement, stainless steel case, gold plating. distinctive style elements abound: the Russian Diver crown, which unscrews to set date, time and GMT functions. the diver icon at the 12 o' clock position, with the date window inside the diver's helmet. the easy-to-read, illuminated numerals at 2/4/6/8/10. 24-hr markings (for GMT). a sweep second hand. Russian script at the bottom of the dial announces its legacy. a simple black band of smooth leather. 100m depth rating. excellent finish. originally when it arrived, i was like, no way--it's too big. but something stopped me from sending it back. finally decided to keep it. it's a gorgeous piece, somewhere in-between casual and dress. it will stand out in a crowd. four stars simply because the size might prevent it from being worn everywhere. trust me, you will find reasons to put this on, though you might need a couple shots of vodka to steel yourself first. recommended use: negotiations with Vladimir of the Moscow mob.
