Its matte stainless steel band features artfully shaped links and two thin, polished stainless steel accent strips to please the eye. A stainless steel case is topped by a diamond-studded bezel that frames a shimmery, silver dial. Displaying green dot hour indicators and black minute markers, a white outer dial ring contrasts with the dial's bar-shaped, silver-tone hour indicators and Arabic numeral at the 12 o'clock position. At the four o'clock position, a charming, diamond-studded heart shape adds extra elegance to this dial that also features a date window at the six o'clock. This watch arrives in a yellow Invicta gift box and is water resistant to 330 feet (100 m).

I did my homework as watch study and searched online. Feel like need to give some review as a return customer of Invicta.
Like most of the others, what Invicta firstly attracts me is its Swiss made, the look and the price, the unbeatable discount at Amazon. "It can't go wrong!" I told myself.
I have noticed a few changes on my orders,
* Band - my 1st Invicta has "Invicta" on every single link at the back of the band. And the Invicta logo on the clasp. They no longer have that any more. The latest one I just received is not even a good match to the watch itself.
* Dial window material - has been changed from "Sapphire crystal" to something called "flame fusion" which no one can tell what exact it is.
* "Swiss made" has been changed to "Swiss movement" at the back cover
I understand they have to somehow cut corners to make the price profitable. But it should be reasonable and acceptable. And we don't know who called for the changes, Invicta or Amazon.
I won't say I will walk away from Invicta. Watches I got are not perfect, but decent still, good for everyday, and well worthy the money.
Just want to remind all the coming ones be realistic for what to expect for the money you paid.
I dont want to say my Wife is overly picky, BUT I normaly score low on gift giving. The quality of the watch is amazing, the price of the watch, even more amazing, my Wife loves it. I'm hoping for my own Invicta watch on Fathers day.
About the "Flame Fusion Crystal" I've seen that many people doesn't know about this, I have to tell that this is a very successful method of manufacturing synthetic gemstones on a lab, also called "Verneuil process". I say "successful" because it has been proved that Crystals produced by the Verneuil process are chemically and physically equivalent to their naturally occurring counterparts, and strong magnification is usually required to distinguish between the two. It is primarily used to produce the ruby and sapphire varieties, as well as the diamond simulants. So, for me, we can trust that the flame fusion crystals are as resistent as the sapphire ones.
Hope this helps... Cheers!

The links keep breaking off, the finish is a dull stainless steel vs. a silver tone, and it looks very lackluster. I just did not like it.Published 16 months ago by Punky Munky

I am very pleased with this watch. It is exactly as described. It is elegant, but not over done and looks more expensive than what I paid.Published on November 26, 2013 by Barbara J Brown
