Lovely Watch, Poor Invicta Customer Service

The watch is lovely but after 2 months one of the stones discolored. I sent the watch to Invicta. After 15 phone calls(hold time was as high as 38 minutes and their computer was down for hours on end)and 3 weeks after they received the watch, a case number was assigned. Four more calls and they tell me that it has to be sent to China for the repair and they expect it to be mailed back to me in 90 days. After speaking with a supervisor she said that is the policy. This is extremely poor customer service and in no way reflects the excellent service provided by Amazon. Needless to say, I will never purchase another Invicta product and dissuade everyone I know from buying one.
