It is a bit masculine for a Women's watch, but it's to be expected from a diver watch.

I like a large face watch. the bracelet portion is big as well.

The Pro Diver is larger than the average women's watch, but that's good for women who are tall with larger frames (like me). I'm almost 6ft tall and I'm (well, let's just say) "big boned" so my wrist is proportionally larger than a more average sized woman.

My aging eyes can read the time easily in the morning without glasses. That wasn't so true for my Seiko modeled after a lady Rolex Jubilee which has a much smaller face. I bought that watch last century and it is still a very nice watch with an elegant look.

The blue face and diver's bezel make a striking fashion statement and I feel it is a very attractive look. The band is comfortable and perfectly fits the design of the watch.

I can certainly see how this watch will be oversize for a petite or small boned woman, though that can sometimes be a fashion statement as well. I also got the silver face version of this watch: Invicta Women's 15134SYB Pro Diver Silver Dial Stainless Steel Watch with Impact Case. It appears solidly made like it will hold up well for the active woman banging it around out in the world.

I have not gone swimming with my Pro Diver watches and I doubt I'll ever take more than 12ft under water, so waterproof isn't the least concern for me. I'm confident it's great in that area but I'll probably never test that aspect of the watch.

Petite women or with slender wrists should be aware it's somewhat over-sized and it is a bit heavier than smaller and less rugged watches.

Hope this helps someone with their buying decision.

The watch is very large, both the face and the band length. I have no trouble wearing an 8" bracelet, but this watch is too big and spins on my wrist. I will have a couple links taken out. The watch is beautiful!

An earlier reviewer said she didn't like the watch because it was too heavy.

I just have to laugh. This watch is heavy, yes. But that's why it's so great. Unlike so many women's watches that feel like they are made of aluminum foil, this watch is serious. My wife, a large animal veterinarian, absolutely loves this watch. It's sturdy, the finish is great, the band is well made and able to stand up to anything.

It's a dive watch. It's not a fluffy piece of costume jewelry. It's perfect for its intended use.

At first it looks really good, the box, the bezel. The packaging was pristine and very elaborate (someone would call it weird, even...). It comes in a really big and really sturdy fake-scuba diving box. Pretty perplexed by that, although you can be sure the watch won't be damaged while it's shipped. But the watch mechanics are not so nice, really. I may be spoiled from better watches, but I really don't like the hands, especially the seconds hand, and the movement in general. So, I don't really know how to rate this. Should perhaps be 3 and half stars? ...

Prompted by an Amazon email advertising Mother's Day specials, I bought one of these for my fiance' for a Mother's Day present. The deal promised overnight FedEx shipping, with a delivery date of Friday, May 9th, in plenty of time for Mother's Day. A very battered cardboard shipping box FINALLY arrived on Tuesday, May 13th, kinda late for Mother's Day. Fortunately, the sturdy plastic Invicta box protected the watch.

The watch itself feels cheap. The links on the watch band are hollow rather than solid, not solid and sturdy like other Pro Diver watches that I and my fiance' have. The bezel is so loose and sloppy that it rotates both ways. The second hand doesn't align with the chapter markers on the dial. The adjustment of the hands is crude and coarse. In short, the watch feels like a ten dollar Walmart watch.

At 37mm, this is large for a women's watch, but not so large that it looks cumbersome. I had to remove every extra link, and pin the clasp to the innermost hole from the watch, and it is still a wee bit loose on my fiancé's wrist. If you've got small wrists, the size may be a problem for you. This watch would fit a large man's wrist easily, and not look out of place.

Invicta watches are not high end watches by any means, but they are generally a very good value; this watch is NOT a good value. This watch "lists" for $495; even at a heavily "discounted" $70, it is overpriced. It is unfortunately one of the very few Women's Invicta Pro Divers that have the coined bezel, which to my taste, is preferable to the scalloped bezel.

As an alternative, I would recommend looking at the Women's Pro Diver 8939 type watches. While these are smaller, 25 mm, and they have a scalloped rather than coined bezel, they are of much more robust construction with a better movement. They cost less too.

I've only had it a few days but really like it. The band is HUGE, but easy enough to get links removed (I had 5 and could have done 6, that big). Great looking and seemingly sturdy.

It's a lovely watch. I'm a nurse and my hands are frequently in water. Able to take a pulse without my glasses. Just wish it were more glow in the dark capable.

The watch is OK but is too big for my wrist (woman). Advertised as women's watch but more suitable for a man. Will return, maybe consider a smaller version of this watch. Disappointed.
