Within less than 90 days, one of the things that hold the straps down (not sure what they are called) tore completely in half, and the watched stopped keeping time properly. It randomly skips ahead by 10 minute intervals. I have tried to contact the company about it. I had to set up an account in order to file a warranty repair. After setting up an account, I tried to log on several times over the course of a few days but kept getting a message saying there was a problem with the website. After several days, I was finally able to log on. I was asked to fill out some information for the warranty that was not included in the box, even though I still have the box and all the paperwork. I emailed Customer Service asking for help and got an automated message indicating a reply would be sent within 24 hours, but have received no response after 3 (business) days. It appears that even if the watch is under warranty, there will be a $28 shipping charge to have it repaired. That's more than half of what I paid for it to begin with. I am very disappointed and will not purchase from this company again.
