Product Description

You can be a serious diver and still show a bit of style with the gold-tone Invicta Abyss quartz women's stainless steel watch. Its round yellow gold-plated stainless steel watch case measures 30.6mm (1.2 inches) is topped by a gold-tone unidirectional rotating bezel with black engraved elapsed time markings. The gray mother of pearl dial features large luminous Tritnite dial markers and hands (with seconds hand), with encroaching minute indexes. The stainless steel link bracelet band is joined by a fold-over clasp with safety, and it mixes brushed and polished gold-tone links. Other features include a date function at 3 o'clock, anti-reflective mineral crystal, precise Swiss quartz movement, and water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet)--suitable for scuba diving.

Pro Diver Collection

Plunge into any horizon using the steadfast guidance of the Invicta Pro Diver. Stylishly classic, internal workings are forged with variations of either Swiss chronograph or 21-jewel automatic movements and willingly navigate in depths up to 300 meters. Built with confident prowess, the fortitude with which these timepieces function makes the Pro Diver the quintessential in performance.

Screw Down Crowns: Many Invicta watches are equipped with a screw down crown to help prevent water infiltration. This is most common on our Diver models. In order to adjust the date and/or time on such a watch, you must first unscrew the crown before you can gently pull it out to its first or second click stop position. To do this, simply rotate the crown counterclockwise until it springs open. When you have finished setting the watch, the crown must then be pushed in and screwed back in tightly. Not doing so will cancel the water resistance of the watch and will void all warranties from the manufacturer. Overall, this process should not require a lot of effort or force.

With its most inspired creations yet, Invicta demonstrates its technical and design prowess, offering timepieces of style for extreme value.

"We have long held firm to the belief that supremely crafted timepieces can be offered for extremely modest sums. It is the founding principle of our flagship and the radical notion that still drives us today. By being true to our convictions, we will continue to turn the balance of power, and deliver true Swiss luxury to anyone who desires it. Let all those who possess our timepieces and pass through our doors witness the quality, value and care in every piece we create, and the spirit of never-ending possibilities in everything we do."

These are the words that greet visitors and motivate team members inside the Invicta Watch Group's new worldwide headquarters. Emblazoned in stainless steel, it has been the Invicta message since Day One.

With each new timepiece, the company sends up a flare for those looking to be defined not by how much they spend, but how wisely they spend. With its strong collections, the gutsy Swiss brand is guaranteed to keep attracting followers.

The art of the craft. Inside an Invicta Workshop

It takes years of training and a great deal of pride to achieve glorious Swiss timepieces by hand. But it takes guts and the courage of your convictions to make those timepieces affordable for everyone who appreciates them.

At our Swiss workshops, we mix time-honored traditions with a little bit of horse sense every single day to produce the greatest values in the watch-making world.

Perfect for the active and feminine. Pristine packaging with extended warranty options. Resilient, sporty, classy and beautiful. I love this watch.

05/24/2011 Here's an update on this watch. I'M STILL WEARING IT! I have swapped the band, but I still swim, garden and wear it to formal events. This watch can be priced up to $300+. I still love this this watch.

04/10/12 I'm still wearing the watch daily. Great value on Amazon. I'm soooo happy with this watch. The gold finish is still intact. Its the BEST watch I've ever own.

I just received this watch for Chanukah, and it is stunning. The mother-of-pearl watch face is beautful. The watch has a nice heft to it, feels substantial on the wrist without feeling heavy or clunky. It looks like a far more expensive watch than it is.

i purchased an Invicta womens pro diver watch for several reasons. The Invicta name is well known for quality, good looks and reasonable prices. My watch was a beautiful polished gold tone but alas, it was too big. I like small size bezels and for some reason I didn't realize that this watch was not small. Also I prefer an expansion band but decided to try a link or bracelet type. The description was adequate but somehow I couldn't equate the size until it was delivered. It was too big overall, both in size with the band and the watch itself. For someone who wants a sporty watch, it is a great buy.

Invicta is no Oceanus but it is a lovely watch for its price point. Amazon's FREE 4 ADDITIONAL warranty years definitely makes THEM the place to buy Invicta. Had I known what Invicta charges for that exstention I would have bought my other Invicta right here at Amazon.

The only disappointment is the UNIDIRECTIONAL ROTATING BEZEL which does absolutely nothing!

On a diver's watch it is supposed to let the diver know when to resurface. A countdown if you will. This one just sits pretty.

But heh at this price I guess that's what ya get.

    Gold finish is perfect.

Band size: SO GLAD INVICTA doesn't think every woman is a size 6! This one is 8 inches. The Wildflower series is a half an inch **more**. In a world where watches standardize on 6.5-7, Invicta is a relief. No waiting on extra links to arrive.

The slimmer the Invicta watch dial, the higher the price. Since they are not Movado thin, I do wish they were priced a bit more reasonably.

If you can't stand a bit of weight on the wrist their Divers aren't for you. I alternate!

What that bit of bulkiness buys is a STEM big enough for you to actually get a grip on. I like that a lot.

The storage CASE is magnifique. Wish I could wear it, it is so pretty.

I've wanted a new gold watch for quite some time, but can't (like many others in today's financial world) afford to dish out for a solid gold watch. While searching Amazon.com and many other online vendors, I came across this Invicta Lady Abyss watch, plated in 18K gold, and quite elegant-looking, from what I could tell online.

In person, the watch doesn't disappoint. If you have a preference for daintier ladies' watches, you might prefer Invicta Women's 7063 Signature Collection Pro Diver Two-Tone Watch, which I bought from Overstock before I found it here. Overstock also doesn't offer Amazon's great, free four year warranty extension. If that's your preference, then this watch might be a bit large for you, but I've always preferred my watches a bit more substantial (I'm quite hard on my jewelry), and more on the larger side. This one isn't quite as large as a standard men's watch, but it's larger than your standard women's watch. It's actually exactly the size that I prefer, so I'm very pleased with it.

The only thing that initially seemed to be an issue was my inability to get this watch's "screw down crown" to engage. Long story short, the first watch that I got from Amazon didn't seem to have a working screw down crown. I called Amazon Customer Service immediately and asked to speak to someone in their watch department. The agent there was very helpful, and immediately sent a replacement out next day air. I was lucky enough to receive it the next day (a pleasant surprise, since the order was initiated after 6 pm EST), but chagrined and frustrated to experience the same problem with this model.

I thought I needed a watch for scuba diving. Many practical diving watches have rubber wrist straps, because of the abuse a watch can take while you are hanging onto or climbing a boat ladder at the end of the dive when in rough seas. I bought this instead because I liked the way it looks. I went to a large department store watch counter to check out their watches. The man working the counter was familiar with Invicta. His guess was that this watch (I was wearing it) cost around $250, but it is certainly much cheaper here.

Actually, most divers use a dive computer to keep track of the time and nitrogen exposure of their dives. If the computer fails, most people abort their dives, or rely on a backup computer. So a watch is really not necessary. But it is nice to know it can get wet. I would rinse off salt after ocean exposure, because salt is not a good thing for jewelry type wrist bands. I am a little worried about how it will hold up diving 4 times a day in salt water. I'll soon find out. Or then again, I may not use it for diving after all. It looks attractive and sporty.
