Shielding at its best,
By A Customer
This review is from: Invisible Armor: Protecting Your Personal Energy (Paperback)
In the world of the spiritual community, it is rare and difficult for anyone seeking help in the area of protecting themselves (i.e. shielding) from energy drain, accumulation of negative baggage that is not ones own and projected negativity, it is a joy and a delight to run across such an intelligent, practical and well written book."Invisible Armor" is an informative workbook, educating the reader and walking them through excercises to understand and manipulate energy and gifting them with several easy to use visulaizations that cleanse, purify and protect the individual. This book is for everyone and especially for those who are empathic, healers who feel very drained or even sick at the end of the day, (especially massage therapists and the like) or people who work in high stress environments working with large numbers of angry or negative people (customer service). Highly recommended... as is the accompanying CD "Creating your Invisible Armor"

This book teaches basic self-hypnosis techniques. The book even suggests recording certain phrases to replay back to yourself. It would be better if they provided at 10¢ CD in the back of the book.
I was very disappointed with this book.

Mapping Heaven, not Hell,
By Patricia B. Ross (Wellesley, MA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Invisible Armor: Protecting Your Personal Energy (Paperback)
Awareness of what makes us feel bad is as valuable as becoming aware of what makes us feel good, the necessary antithesis to escaping illness and frustration.
Alliance with those persons or things that produce positive benefit for us would seem to be elementary but it often isn't since humans are taught to ignore the atmosphere in which they exist and its effects upon us. Finding not only the fun parts of life but the positive parts and how they originate is a part of learning who we are, and how we manage our own psychology of life. |
