Great insight for living systems in Organization and Business,
By Daniel Polack "Daniel" (Argentina) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Invisible Dynamics: Systemic Constellations in Organisations and in Business (Paperback)
I have enjoyed the reading of the book, the first one written in English about Constellations for Organization and Business. Since the first chapter it is very easy to read and take the reader into the systemic world introducing the systemic principles explaning how they work in the living system. On the third chapter a very good selection of cases are shown and again with an easy reading is showing basically the diagnostic image and the more relaxed final image of solution, explaining the main steps taken from one to the other and also the dynamics operated in the case.Questions and answers, and systemic coaching for micro system complete the book.I found this book very helpful for coaches and family constellation facilitators who wants to include themselves in the Organizational Constellations area.

Must-read book for consultants, executive coaches and management,
By Jane Peterson "Jane" (Portland OR USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Invisible Dynamics: Systemic Constellations in Organisations and in Business (Paperback)
Horn and Brick lay bare the hidden rules that govern organizational
pyschololgy and hence behavior. These ³invisible dynamics² defy all of our theories and best interventions. Horn and Brick provide an accessible theory for a new way of working with organizations that provides quick effective insight into the hidden dynamics that keep management and organizations from reaching their goals. Once these patterns can be uncovered, real, lasting change can take place in the organization. This book does an excellent job of providing a clear framework of the art of organizational constellations for organizational practitioners. Theory is illustrated with compelling examples that illustrate the basic principles of this new way of working. Constellations allow the consultant, coach or manager to understand the ³organism² of the organization and know when and where to intervene. Highly recommended!

Brilliant,
By J.R. Keegan "J.R." (Arizona) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Invisible Dynamics: Systemic Constellations in Organisations and in Business (Paperback)
This is a brilliantly lucid book. It clearly lays out the principles of organisational constellations. Not only does it give a great introduction to organisational constellations, it does so in a language that would be quite acceptable to the business world. The use of the birds's eye view of people's heads in the diagrams makes it very easy to get a visual orientation of positioning in constellations. Anyone who has a significant interest in organisational constellations will want to have this book.

Excellent book for beginners and experts,
By Cecilio Regojo (Portugal) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Invisible Dynamics: Systemic Constellations in Organisations and in Business (Paperback)
For a long time I was looking for documentation in english about
Organizational Constellations. When I found this book, it was like heaven. I couldn¹t stop reading it. The book has a great structure, with the description of some basic concepts, some practical examples, a list of the main questions and answers that arrived in the practice, as well as other interesting subjects. The theoretical part of the book is very clear and gives a good knowledge of systemic work in organizations. These concepts are very useful for people working in this field, as me, but also it explain in a very simple and understanding way all the concepts for people that knows this work for the first time. For this people it is very important to see the practical examples, so they can see the effects of this powerful methodology. When you arrive to the part of questions and answers, you get answer for any question that may arise you when reading the previous chapters. It is a useful book for beginners and experts. In order to promote my work, I have already offered some copies of this book to important managers that didn¹t know anything about systemic work. They like it very much and became curious to know more and how to apply these concepts in their companies. Thank you, Regine and Klaus, by making this book available. |
