This book,The Invisible Leash, published in 1985, subtitle " A better way to communicate with your dog" was selected by my wife and I for presentation to our obedience training leader at graduation evening following our eight week course. Though 25 years old this first edition, with its dust jacket, was in near perfect condition ( just as the book seller had indicated) and had been promptly mailed (USPS) arriving on the day of graduation of our six month old Standard Poodle.The " Invisible Leash" written by a veterinarian over a generation earlier, stressed the same points as our obedience trainer and was sincerely appreciated by our instructor who was a teenager in 1985.
