I was shocked at how quickly I started printing invoices. This is an in-your-face, straight to the point program! Simply insert a little information.......BAM you are invoicing!

Setup is a snap. I put the CD in, and when I tried it out the first time it asked me some basic info about the company and I had custom designed invoices and estimates within minutes. It also has contact lists for your customers, and vendors. You can even save your invoices as a PDF file if you want to email it to your customers. I can't believe how easy this is. A friend of mine baught a different program that cost over $200 that does about the same thing and this one is easier!!!! GET IT!!

not satisfied with the technical support or product, seems to be the only thing compatible with Vista, however does not print 2 copies or have an easy navigation though work that needs to be done as in the last invoice and estimates pro for XP

This program is truly a god send. My home business is now more organized, professional, and efficient due to this piece of software. I now know exactly what's what financially. I have a list of my customers as well as all their previous transactions in one easy to find location. I would say that I save a minimum of 30 - 45 minutes daily thanks to Invoices and Estimates.
I would also like to add how easy it was to get help using the software. I called tech support feeling lost. I knew what I wanted my custom invoice to look like, but I was having trouble turning it into a reality. The young man I spoke to calmed me down and helped me design my invoice. I felt he really went above and beyond his duties to help this old woman learn this software.

The software is ok for a novice. The invoices take alot of time if you want to customize. The reports are garbage, they can not be customized in any way. I am taking advantage of the 90 day money back guarantee from the maunfactor.

When I first got this program I was lost. Being a plumber by trade I am new at this computer thing. I called tech support very frustrated. They calmly walked me through everything I wanted to know and gave me tips that I would need in the future. I am now sending invoices and receiving checks. This product is pretty cool, but you must read the user's manual to really know how to use the software! I'd recommend it to anyone in need of software like this!

I thought this would be a quick, inexpensive solution to my small business's needs for a professonal invoicing system. After two days' of trying to adapt its templates--rather amateurish-looking--to accept the kind of entries I want to make, I'm returning it. Users' manual is opaque. The insertion of new "fields" into the templates is quirky, and the changing of font styles and sizes has to be done field-by-field, rather than in complete sections (such as address blocks) at a time. Couldn't figure out how to expand fields to allow more than one line of text, such as in the "Description" line (to describe service or product). Users' manual no help on this. Unless you have lots of experience designing documents and customizing forms on a computer, avoid this software. I'm looking for a more professional-looking, more user-friendly alternative with a good, clearly-written users' manual.

Beware if you are already have Nova invoices and estimates. Even though it is the same company and same basic progam, you cannot import in your customers or bills from the Nova version. I talked to a technical support at Nova, (who obviously was there to answer the phone only)and he told me that I would have to retype all the information into the new program. Not worth having to retype over 500 customers and bills.
