You can download Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 97, Active Disk software onto your Iomega Mini USB 2.0 drive for FREE, so your PowerPoint presentation will display on any computer no matter if that computer has PowerPoint installed, or not. It's as easy as inserting your Mini USB 2.0 drive; then the PowerPoint Viewer is automatically launched. Off-site presentations just got easier!
The Iomega Mini USB 2.0 drive was designed specifically for portability and ease of file sharing. USB ports are fairly universal on all computers now, making the Mini USB 2.0 a very compatible, portable and versatile storage option. So you can take your files anywhere, without your bringing your laptop. And if you need to hand over certain files to another user but don't want them to see everything you've stored on your drive, you can password protect certain files using Iomega Mini Lock software.

Don't put this on your key chain,
By JRC "jschoolgrad" (North Carolina) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Iomega Mini 128 MB USB 2.0 Drive (32712) (Personal Computers)
I bought the Iomega 128 MB USB Drive last fall and really loved it...until I put it on my key chain and lost it when I sent the car through the car wash. The design is such that the cap secures to the key chain, but then the port (where all the files are) just snaps into the cap. So, if someone gets a hold of your keys or key chain, they can yank the port away from the cap and leave the keys hanging there in the car with the cap attached but no files! Everyone can recognize these mini drives now and know what they are so they are easy to STEAL right out from under you. And, at $50-100 per purchase, it's not so easy to run out and buy another. If you get do get a mini drive (and they are very handy) just keep it locked up, in a purse or pocket...not hanging from your key chain or from a backpack...it might get snagged. Perhaps in the future a better design would help solve this issue.

Fabulous for Multiplatform Transferring,
By RP (USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Iomega Mini 128 MB USB 2.0 Drive (32712) (Personal Computers)
I bought this one on a whim one day and it has been one of the best computer electronic purchases I have ever made. I attend graduate school online and when I am traveling, I am forced to upload my class work via any available computer. I am able to do my work on my XP Laptop and upload my work to any other Windows computer but the really nice thing is that I am able to use Macs as well. There is not a hassle or requirement for reformating. Each system recognizes the mini as soon as I plug it in. It has saved me much time and many headaches. I should also mention that it doesn't take up more than one USB port due to its slim size like some do and that is a great advantage as well.
