What makes me angry is that this drive is very expensive and the quality is really bad. Overall, will not recommend this product to anyone..you end up spending your money down the drain.
To make matters worse, I have still not received a response from the service department. The drive is under warranty, as verified by the Iomega website serial number check, however, after two requests and more than 1 week I have not had any response aside from automated emails promising me a response within 48 hours (we're approaching 200 hours and no response!).
It's effortless to hook up and get working as well.
