This review is from: The Ion War (Paperback)
Kapp uses an seemingly-generic 'Terran Empire vs. Colony Worlds' setting to explore concepts of duty, loyalty, self-discipline, and love. The writing is crisp, there are some interesting twists, and the author deftly paints a future with a minimalist touch. If you are a fan of Burroughs or Doc Smith please give this one a read.
