I have been using this headset since a month now between my Treo and Dell Vostro laptop, but it does not pair well in the first shot, but take couple tries many time. Few times it pairs well in the very first try itself. I got it for a very low price and hence keep my complaints low. I read mixed reviews on this product, but decided to get one and now I regret - not even worth that "low price" that I paid.

Support, let's not even talk about it - Iqua took all my details like address, phone number, e-mail etc., saying someone will write or contact but that has not happened since four weeks now.

They have great sound and for me they're comfortable, but they're not for larger heads. My husband can't even use them. Also they work much better line of sight with the source (whether phone or dongle), otherwise they have a tendency to sometimes cut out at sharp angles to the source. As long as you can adjust to this, they're definitely worth the price - and the on headphone controls are a nice bonus.
