Iranian Caspian Sevruga caviar is truly one of the most elegant caviars. It has a distinguished, smooth, buttery flavor with intense sea tang. Its fine grains are of a slate-gray to black color, and appearance is clear, glossy with medium pearly grains. Sevruga is the smallest sturgeon of the sturgeon caviars and, compared to the Beluga and Osetra sturgeon caviars, Sevruga has the strongest flavor of the sturgeon caviars. The worlds finest Sevruga caviar (latin: Acipenser stellatus) is found in the Caspian Sea, where it is produced both in Russia and Iran. From Russian, JustCaviar carries this traditional Sevruga caviar, as well as classic grey sevruga caviar and royal sevruga caviar. From Iran, we carry Iranian 000 Sevruga caviar. The caviar is prepared only with pure gourmet sea salt, yielding "Malossol" caviar of exceptional quality. Our 1, 2, and 4 ounce selections come in glass jars. Our 1.75 and 5.5 ounce selections come in attractive crystal glass jars, perfect for gift giving. All other sizes come in elegant traditional tins. Labeling may vary slightly. I only had one caveat to committing myself to consumption of this caviar. I was concerned that it might take a while to ship from Iran but wow! FREE ONE DAY SHIPPING!!! I would have been crazy NOT to take out a loan for this investment. Boy, was I surprised when this baby showed up on my doorstep the following morn. I believe it was shipped here on some sort of unmanned drone. Great Service! From now on I only eat Sevruga!

I was skeptical at first when I ordered this. For only $8000 I thought to myself no way would this be good. The free one day shipment blew me away. I was expecting to receive the package by fedex or something, instead they parachuted it from a giant C14 escorted by f16 fighter jets. Apparently the United States Air Force now does delivery to pay back its $20 trillion debt. when the package arrived, i was expecting the caviar to be preserved in some sort of aluminum jar, instead I found a live fish! The instruction manual was very clear, and easy to follow. I gave this review a 4 because the knife that was included broke on me on the first use.
